Purchased Big Mac combo, paid cash but 50 cents short when change. It’s okay. The counter girl seems very busy, never answer questions. I drive away as has many cars behind. But why the fries only has half pack ? Paid full price maybe a bit more than full price, but only have half food. So better check your meal before you go, make sure you have everything correct as what you paid. Very bad service here. Even worse than the base store.
Good friendly staff and services,it is also centrally located on Rototuna/St James area. Very busy during peak hours limited parking spaces for dine in customers. The building entrance is at far side/end of the car park, so not ideal on a wet day or the car park next to the building is full. Good olamoujt of indoor space and kids play area. Couple of times we were there, the self ordering kiosk were out of receipt paper, so it created confusion for customers not knowing if orders have gone through and what the actual order number is? Also food/rubbish were piling up on a number of desks around the corner but there were a lot of staff standing around talking to each other whilst others were attending to drive through orders. Priority should also be given to the clearness of the customer dining area consistently.
be careful check yr drive through meal, sausage n egg muffin withough egg, rough staff just eat people's hard earning money
I am so sick of getting half my order. I order Uber eats and order a Big Mac combo and the Big Mac is missing. I’ve ordered a chicken nugget combo and the chicken nuggets are missing. The incompetences in checking orders before they go out the door is outstanding. Really!!!!
Super busy McDonald’s. When we visited in Easter holidays they ware short staff almost half of the staff was not there or sick and not hired as per the one of the crew. But he patiently handled each and every customer despite plenty of Uber delivery. Unfortunately we had to wait for 30 min for the coffees as there was no barista staff. We felt that it is better to wait and see when they can serve us they ware running ‍ around the inside store for the truck load of orders. Good luck guys ! I requests the franchise’s owner to hire more staff during holidays periods or in weekends.
