This was our first experience of Nando's having had it recommended by friends. And although we drove specifically to The Base Nandos from Auckland we were disappointed. Our preferred option was sold out. Np problem we chose an alternative but he table required cleaning. The floor was food strewn and the toilet was out of action. Not a good look! But our 2nd choice of food was good and we will try again.

First time ever heard that nandos is out of stock of chicken. And they didnt even know that. They took my order and told me will take 10 minutes and after 15 minutes a lady came in and told that we need to wait for another half an hour for our order. I am not going to this branch ever again.

Wanted a cheap eat whilst driving but the place was horribly dirty; half of the empty tables hadn't been cleared. Toilets were disgusting too. Not the best when people had to clear the tables themselves

The serving was too slow. It took as an hour and half before we were served with our orders.

The food was average but the staff were disinterested and the place was dirty.
The bathroom was filthy.
