Good burgers, very bad service, and pricey. Was a big fan of Carls Jr in Auckland so i was excited when they came to Hamilton. However after several bad experiences with their poor Customer Service I wont be going back. One time I made an order through drive through before they closed, they only gave me half my order after making me wait 15 minutes and then closed the store 5minutes early, I banged on the window, sat on my horn waved to the people inside cleaning, no one would come to help. Never going back again.

Great tasting burgers chips are quite nice too I love their Jim Beam bourbon burger burger serve quite hot through drive through not like most fast food places that serve your meal semi lukewarm worth your time to go a little bit out of the way to get a Carl's Jr burger vs a McDonald's burger sizable burgers in my opinion it's like a cheap version of gone burger in regards to size and price and quality and that's not an insult as gone burgers burgers are the best in Hamilton I don't tend to go through into the place itself so I don't know much about the interior of Carl's Jr but the drive-thru is quite quick

Just a standard take away restaurant.  Really needed better and more enticing options for little kids.  The burgers in general are good.  I loved my Alabama Chicken burger.  The teens love the milkshakes with the whipped cream on top.  Would have preferred a much more family vibe restaurant but it's quick and easy.

Always enjoy the burger combo I buy from them but Don't buy the family meal where you get 4 burgers. I feel like it's not worth it and I didn't enjoy it.

I live in Taranaki and unfortunately we don't have a cj's because I can never get enough. Amazing delicious food and a great place to be. Staff are very helpful and it's a well maintained area. Love cj's
