THE CLEANLIEST MCDONALD’S IN NEW ZEALANDnnMy husband and I enjoyed our lovely breakfast at McDonald’s Franklin, Hamilton today, 10/7/2025. Our observations are as follows:nnGOOD POINTS:nn1. Superb cleaning environmentnA very diligent cleaning lady is very good at cleaning the restaurant so perfectly. From entrance to toilets, the floor and everywhere is spotlessly clean.nn2. Excellent servicenA lovely lady Pat who is very approachable m, friendly and patient when taking my order.nn3. Great team led by fantastic managernA lovely lady manager Aman is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I enjoyed our friendly chat with her before we left the restaurant.nn4. Play your own songnThis branch is the first branch we have chosen our own favourite songs.nn5. Spacious and well decoratednThis is the most spacious and well decorated branch in New Zealand.nnBAD POINTS:nNONEnnADVICE: Must visit there if you happen to drive past Hamilton
Generous sizes, the food tastes as good as it's expected from McDonald's, and more importantly the night service actually sells shakes
Really disappointed. Waited 22 minutes for a happy meal we didnt order anything else. Not even as much as a n apology from the staff for the long wait. Opened the box.....chips not even in a packet!!
The manager Aminnwas very helpful, welcoming, and professional. She provided great support and made the experience pleasant. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
Ok so my mc flurry had no Oreo bits at all. The other ice creams were completely melted, and honestly was way to sweet. Would not recommend! Ice cream took ages to arive and was spilled
