Sometimes the cashiers can be a bit slow and this place builds up quite some traffic at times. They have I wide range of options from pies to burgers, water to shakes, sundaes to ice cream. $2 deals, more bang for your buck. They are building NZ biggest playground. Lots of seating. Order it yourself kiosks. Lots of parking. Well done McDonalds Frankton.

I found this a frustrating visit. The booths for ordering were not easy to use if you hadn't used one before. Just wanted a deluxe chicken and bacon combo. Too many options. Also thought I had finished and no clear way to say finished and pay now. I gave up and went to the only person serving over counter. She was on her first day and couldn't work it out either. No one seemed to want to help her. She was very apologetic but as all my family already had their food I gave up and shared theirs. Sorry.

Stood waiting to be served for ages. It wasn't busy. After speaking to a person who worked there..it seems the big bosses at McD's want their customers to use the self service kiosks. Well I havent been to McD's in ages and wasn't aware of this. Maybe I am old fashioned and would just like some service provided by a person and not a machine! I wasn't the only PERSON being ignored at the counter either. Customer service is still something appreciated by many. Management should know this. ..just found something dodgy in my burger, I've added the photograph. Dear God... what the hell has happened to McDonald's as a company. Their entire level of high standard has slipped so much. I'd like to give zero stars as a rating because tonight's experience at this McDonald's is bloody appalling.

Amazing coffee and the cafe staff were so nice and friendly. Was there with my little baby and they tried to make it easier for me by doing my coffee in a takeaway cup even though I said I was having it there. They also made my coffee in the most incredible time and had it ready by the time I had ordered - I was so impressed with the level of service! Thanks guys I'll be back.

The bread buns seems to always have that almost style taste . Even if you buy the gourmet burger
