Terrible Service. I asked for a frozen blueberry coke float like advertised in the picture and was given ice cream with chocolate sauce on top instead of just vanilla, I asked if i could get a new one without chocolate and they told me no because that’s just how they come. well obviously not because 1. it shows it on the signs that it can come with just vanilla and 2. i’ve had it before.nnwe also watched them get multiple orders wrong and when we went to collect our orders they had to ask everyone what drinks they want even though they have our receipt with our orders. also watched them drop multiple cups on the ground and the vibe of the place was just off.
Had a good meal. The cashier/ worker Danny had a good customer service and a friendly demeanor. This BK is always pretty clean when I come here. Would recommend this over the Wendy's or maccas in this local area
double cheeseburgers taste rotten, had to throw away and spit out. food coldly warmed, no one was in line and food was given almost instantly but food probably old
Great place to grab a quick lunch. Cheap, always ready within a couple minutes somehow! Fries always salted and crispy, free drink refills, friendly staff, great music too. Never too busy, can always find a table to sit at. 10/10nnPS for deals get the BK app, great to get a filling meal for under $10!!
I'll start with the good.nThe inside of the store was nice and clean. The food was pretty good, not the greatest they've offered, but it's decent. They made my food pretty fast, and the employees seemed really focused on speed, which is good, but unfortunately, it's not all great.nSpeaking of things that weren't great:nThe staff weren't that nice, unlike other places where staff either like their jobs or at least are kind. These staff here looked like they hated their jobs. Hate is a strong word, but unfortunately, it seems like the right one. It also seemed as if they were trying not to come to the front counter to serve me, though this is getting pretty common at fast food places. Personally, I'd prefer workers to have fun while working even if it slows the speed of service a bit, I feel like it'd be worth it. I hope the employees will find some joy in their work.
