It’s a subway, I’m happy. Can’t be too fussy with chain food joints. Don’t care about waiting myself but can see how others may get irritated by this. Otherwise, what kind of service is one expecting? It’s subway, the make your rolls. Be happy with it, eat it, good, yum.

Will never go to this subway again. The last four times we have had to leave before even getting served because the wait time is just ridiculous, you only ever have one staff working! It's really not good enough and judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one with this issue.

Needs more staff and staff who can run the store properly.
I send a online order so I can grab and go but whenever I order from this store (has happened every time I go there on a Friday evening) they have never even started my order, saying it's too busy. I have had to leave and go hungry a couple of times because I couldn't wait round while they process one person at a time.
