The morning crew member here does not know how to redeem offers through McD's App.  Instead they sent their customer away lol.   Come after lunch service is more friendly, helpful and polite.

Unreasonably long wait times. I have visited this branch several times and the food is never hot. I'd prefer driving a bit further to the Westgate, Massey branch for a much better experience

Never listen to the order.
Every time we come they muck the order up.
This is not a staffing issue its a managment one.
