Classic McDonald's, always a winner with the kids. It is going through refreshments time I was their. I like the self service machine's and being able to have the food brought to your table is great. The bathroom was a bit of a mess on my last visit however it dose get hammered with the amount of customers through the restaurant.

Depending on a shift, you may get treated in a best way as quick as only possible, and some shifts can't be bothered doing anything extra just telling you "oh we can't do it", no matter if it's a simple request like replace the type of drinks or fries. Overall, it's a great McDonald's.

Excellent service very quick just turned up around lunch and best service I've had didn't even have a chance to sit down before it arrived fresh and hot

Omfg I brought the worst coffee ever from this store at 9:27pm I threw it out the after one zip as I was on the motorway and I NEVER EVER waste coffee!!! #coffeeislife

The food you get here is well put together and fresh. But the place itself and the way it is run is shocking. Its not cleaned regularly, service is incredibly slow and every single time ( which is not often anymore) I go through the drive thru for breakfast and/or a coffee I get parked up and wait 10 minutes. What is the point of the convenient drive thru service if, like I have a few times, had to walk in once waiting 10 minutes to remind them about my coffee. There have also been times people have been waiting at the counter to order because they don't know how to use self serve were ignored to be told once they got some attention that the staff would just prefer for them to use self serve. They have also closed early despite a carpark full of people coming in to order saying they'll just have to go through drive thru that was already queued onto the road. Avoid this McDonald's. The numerous posts on the West Harbour community page are all the proof you need that this McDonald's is a no go.
