Spoken to like a mongrel dog, felt like any value I had as a customer or as a human was completely devalued by the owner who has not one shred of manners. I didn't think supporting their business could be taken negatively but I guess I'll make him happy and stop supporting the business. Terrible customer service on top of the inability to get a order correct. SMH do better.
Went in tonight to get 4 subways. The Italian BMT was missing one of the main meat ingredients, the young man making my chicken fillet forgot the chicken until I reminded him. They were wrapped loosely and falling apart. Disappointing at best.
Here the subway night staff are playing a minigame to see how quickly they can ruin an order. Didn't think it was possible to get a 4 ingredient sub wrong when I am the only customer. Not only were there unrequested toppings but there is about 3 peices of chicken in the entire footlong sub. I like subway but this store is just aweful.Food: 5/5
Manager not friendly did not feel welcome cut me off while trying to explain about an order. Order was brought out to waiting bay with a smug looking smirk on there face. Never toasted enough even when requesting for extra toasted. Subs always cold.
It would be good if they actually had what they advertise all over the place.. The staff could be better trained to actually make a sandwich. Very average.Food: 2/5
A bit hit and miss, only 2 days between a fresh well made sub and a not so well made sub, the ingredients were sill fresh though. Love the drive thru.Food: 4/5
need to really work on not contaminating the food there's olives in lettuce,carrots in beetroot.ect. so anyone allergic to any of product dont come here as you will have a allergic reaction like I did..Food: 3/5
Never ever place platter orders in this subway! Unorganised, giving away orders without making sure it’s the right people. Unapologetic, rude and never owning up to their mistakes and offering alternatives to certain issues…. walked in Friday and placed platter order to be picked up the next day Saturday @12pm AND PAID For it, turned up on Saturday at 12:40, only to be told that there was only one platter order and it was already picked up. I asked who did and the rude manager said it was some lady. I asked to see details on the order form. It’s was my details and my phone number. Then she did not even own up to her mistake for giving my order away, instead ask me to pay again to make a new one, I said I was not paying for it because it was not my mistake. She was rude as and walked away to ask the owner, and came back again only to tell me to pay so they could make another one. I told her I wasn’t paying again. I have guest waiting and she was already making it so inconvenient for my day. She did not even care. She kept on saying that I should have picked up at 12. This manager really needs to go back to learning the basics of management and customers service skills.
The Perfect Sub: Foot long, Italian herb & cheese bread, toasted, meatballs, lettuce, spinach, mozzarella, avocado, pickles, mayonnaise, salt & pepper.Food: 5/5
Wow SUBWAY CITY GATES you have dropped your standards to a new low, I just got told by staff that because they are unable to get lettuce and spinach they have to cut back on all ingredients what a joke. I literally got 22 slithers of carrot 3 tiny pieces of tomato, the tiniest bit of chicken and I was told that I was lucky. But you still get charged for all the salad you don’t get, if you haven’t got the ingredients for a subway then why are you still advertising it on TV. I can’t believe that even talking to the shift supervisor that they told me that they have been instructed by their manager to cut back on all ingredients, what happened to SUBWAY STANDARDS. Has it come down to how much money can they make on the lack of products to blame. SUBWAY CITY GATES pick up your game. I tried to load a picture of the sub that I was given to show what your standards are so the public can see how low your customers service is. 0 out of 10 from me.
