Never order online here, never once have they gotten our order right. They even told us to drive back to the store once we were home and realised they had got our order completely wrong, the workers were kind enough to chuck in some cookies for us. Have to open our subs and check now, had to go back and ask for them to put avo on after paying extra for it. Pretty sure the owners have told the workers to put the bare minimum of servings on your sub and no care for costumer care.
Travelling Qld for 5 weeks, ate a LOT of Subway from Brisbane to Cairns. This was the WORST subway we went to. They are trying to make money by not giving the correct amounts of servings. So stingy!!! Wish we had taken a photo of our non existence salad bowls.
Worst subway in mackay, the owners have trained the staff to put the absolute minimum of toppings/salads on your sub or wrap but still charge full price.....Will be sending a complaint to subways head office...I recommend the andergrove or North Mackay stores...the owners there give you what you pay for, don't waste your money with these grubs.
Horrible customer service, sub fell apart before I could even eat it.
Worst Subway.. Skimp out on fillings and prices are up 2 - 3 dollars more , compared to other Subways.. How is this allowed to happen..
Young ladies working the shop were fantastic. In unison great to watch. Top quality service. Visited again since and this is the luck of the draw staff managed to BLT me, minus the L and the T?!
Warning, Rant time. Entered an empty subway , early morning to grab a yummy lunch on my way to work. Nindaroo shop Thought , you beauty, fast, easy. Chick out the back yells out " won't be long " Ok thanks. 5 minutes, she appears, no eye contact,no hello, brings trays of bread rolls out, goes back out again. Brings 2 more trays out...goes out back again and I walk out.!. When someone is in a shop, you should drop everything and serve them ! Early morning does not mean you have all day !. Cannot believe that a person thinks their job is not to serve a customer and make them wait. Not impressed. Not the first time this outlet has failed , last time it was skimping on the fillings. Won't be going back if I can help it. Took 10 precious minutes out of my time , and hospitality training and common customer service lacking. And no lunch for me. Rant over.
Food isn’t too bad. But the service is honestly disgraceful. Could barely understand what the guy serving me was saying.. he just seemed so out of it. Took a while to just get two things.. and there was beginning to be a line and some girl didn’t come out from out the back for ages. I’ve worked at Subway and I tell you what, they would’ve been up us if we had such slow and poor customer service. Was making me cringe. Sorry, but.. ‍
The quality of both the food and service last night 3/12 was disgusting. Over half an hour wait and we were only the 4th in line. Watched the guy in front of us leave with a sub that was more expensive to what he normally pays and when he questioned it he was told the prices went up but he had next to no salad on his sub, and the salad he did have were from the scungy bits at the bottom of the tub. Our subs weren't any better. The staff had no urgency and all we got was a half hearted 'sorry for the wait'. Not sure whether the store is under new management or just has inexpereinced staff, but either way disappointing.
After 90 mins, Delivery never happened.
