After waiting for the young girl filling up her pile of napkins in an empty shop.nI asked is it still breakfast menu ? She replied no as it was 11.10.nI then asked is there anything left from breakfast I could order?nShe blinked her eyes and walked over to the manager she said it is still breakfast???nThis young lady needs more training
A young teenage girl, with the name Kairyn on her back was extremely friendly. Had the best service ever, i received my order extremely fast. had a small chat with her and found out she was running the shift. She did awesome!!
The behaviour of the manager on shift today was disgusting. Came through around 11:30 AM on Sunday. He was yelling at and reprimanding infront of others AND CUSTOMERS!!! Poor kid looked quite upset. I understand mistakes happen but these are kids!! Moreover, you should pull them aside and tell them what they did wrong, not scream it for the whole store to hear!!!nOnly good thing today was the girl they had makes good coffee.
If you expect this to be a fast food restaurant, you are more likely to win the lottery than getting your food fast here. This is a slowfood restaurant. Management is beyond poor. They can have 1 person in the counter with an 8 people queue, and have 2 guys cleaning tables.
Just ordered via the MyMaccas app and paid $36.10 for my order and when I got to the window to receive my food they said the money has not been taken out of my account when it had and would not offer refund. If I could give 0 stars that would be too generous absolutely disgusting service
