Have ordered online multiple times and order has been made wrong without fail every single time. We specifically request extras and pay the money for the extra and never received it. I have added hollandaise sauce to every one of my orders and never receive it. Will be asking for a refund next time this happened. 3 times in a row is absolutely ridiculous
The pizzas were okay. As I got home I realised they forgot the chicken tenders we ordered and instead gave us some dessert. So we called to let them know and as I came to pick up the tenders i gave the dessert back in proof that there was a mistake. And the staff member put the dessert back in the warmer! Anyways, I hope that dessert didn’t get passed on to another customer. Also, the tenders were not worth the drive back.

Don't base your pick up time on the app, it was another 20 to 30 minutes before my order was ready.nI ordered no whipped cream on the thickshakes, and it was handed me with cream. Shop front was dirty, and chaos from the staff.
I placed an order through Menulog for a pizza and after waiting approximately 30 to 45 minutes, I received a notification stating that the order had been delivered. However, no food had arrived. I contacted the store directly, as the Menulog app indicated the store handles its own deliveries.nnA young staff member answered the call but seemed completely unaware of any Menulog orders, stating that they only use Uber Eats for online delivery. When I asked to speak with someone who might have more information, she abruptly hung up on me.nnApproximately five minutes later, the food was delivered. I expressed my concerns to the delivery driver, who admitted that the store has serious internal communication issues, particularly due to poor management. He mentioned that staff are not properly informed or trained, and that new employees are often left unaware of important processes, such as third-party ordering platforms.nnI’m not looking to assign blame to any individual staff member, but rather to highlight a significant communication breakdown within the store. If Domino’s is appearing on Menulog and orders are being placed through the app, the staff need to be aware of this and properly trained on how to handle such orders. The situation was frustrating, especially given the lack of accountability and the initial confusion around the missing delivery.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this kind of experience can easily discourage customers from ordering again.
