I always order from this location, they have the most consistently good pizzas, fastest delivery and exceptional service. My drivers are always polite, my pizzas are always topped with care and the pizza arrives hot every time. Even though I place my orders late at night, the team still puts in great effort in their communication and delivery. Great location, greater staff.
Ordered a vegetarian pizza from this Domino's and unfortunately found meat chunks on it. Completely unacceptable for a veggie meal. Definitely won't be eating here again due to this repeated mistake. It's a deal-breaker for any vegetarian looking for a reliable pizza spot.
Best pizza's we've had in a long time!! We ordered a couple of pizza's for our workshop from the Evans Ave Domino's in North Mackay and they were so fresh and loaded - absolutely incredible. I rang the store to thank them, because people are quick to complain and not compliment, and I was told that the delivery driver Tristan made the pizza's - well done mate - they were great.
I ordered from this store online at 6:46 and my estimated delivery time was 7:18. At 7:36 I received a message that my order was about to arrive, 20 mins later still no delivery. I called the store and they advised that the order was on its way still I waited and still nothing. I called the store and they offered to re make and re send my order as they couldn't contact the driver. 40 minutes later still no delivery at this point it had almost been 2 hours since since my original order!!! I call again and the manager tells me that they are understaffed at this store and says I will get a refund if not delivered within 30 mins. I finally get my order 2 hours after my original order time and my churros was very burnt!!!!!. this is very unacceptable.
You're food and 14 year olds that think they know how to cook and need a lesson in the kitchen... under cooked food threw half of it up. Wouldn't even eat there if it was my last meal on earth.
