I ordered from this store online at 6:46 and my estimated delivery time was 7:18. At 7:36 I received a message that my order was about to arrive, 20 mins later still no delivery. I called the store and they advised that the order was on its way still I waited and still nothing. I called the store and they offered to re make and re send my order as they couldn't contact the driver. 40 minutes later still no delivery at this point it had almost been 2 hours since since my original order!!! I call again and the manager tells me that they are understaffed at this store and says I will get a refund if not delivered within 30 mins. I finally get my order 2 hours after my original order time and my churros was very burnt!!!!!. this is very unacceptable.
Ordered a vegetarian pizza from this Domino's and unfortunately found meat chunks on it. Completely unacceptable for a veggie meal. Definitely won't be eating here again due to this repeated mistake. It's a deal-breaker for any vegetarian looking for a reliable pizza spot.
Have ordered twice from here both walk in and never had a major problem if any maybe to much sauce on the base but other than that no real complaints I find the workers are friendly compared to other Dominoes where English may not be their first language and it’s those stores I find are the rudest but here they are friendly yes last time the garlic bread was a little burnt but hey no problems still edible I’ll be back again and that is huge for me as I don’t normally like these big chain type of fast food outlets I normally prefer the smaller stores that are mum and dad or family owned as the food is fresher and the base has flavour
Thank you for providing discounts or family deals of pizzas that whole family can enjoy. The pizzas were delicious toppings were abundant and service was excellent.
Ordered 2 meals on 23/09/2024 for myself and my wife and were very dissapointed when i got home and we opened the meals to find all the fries and onion rings were burnt black will deffinately not buy from them again in future
