Food was okay, my partners burger was much fresher than mine, and I ended up feeling quite sick for the rest of the day. Bathrooms haven’t been properly cleaned with any kind of soap or elbow grease in a long time, yellow build up in all toilets and sinks and grime built up everywhere. Seemed like there was only about 2 staff working and so im sure they were doing the best job they could. maybe hire cleaners

waited in drive thru, after 15 mins was told to be patient. Didn't even order, just reversed out n went else where. Will never be back to this so called fast food service

Always feel dirty walking in there. Staff have zero customer service skills. I relent to purchase food for my daughter only twice this year there and both times were disgusted in the lack of service with even staff just walking away from serving me when I was next in line. I have told my daughter that we will NEVER have HJs again. Full stop.

Food was ok very under staffed. Staff seems moody sometimes but not to bad here just wish it was open late or even 24 hour like the service station

Tried the chicken parmi one of the best burgers ever such a smart invention will be coming back again service amazing seed amazing and love the new self serve Machines at the top of class
