Its a bit of a culture shock for me. Being from America where it's called burger king. The menu is really different when it comes to breakfast. I got the mega Philly. Although the burger didn't look anything close to the picture, the taste was excellent. The fries, which here are called chips were good and crispy and hot and fresh.
Went through the drive thru tonight at 9:20pm. The girl who took my order was very rude. Had a really bad attitude and was almost being a smart arse by the way she was talking to me when I asked her to repeat my order. Ended up waiting 25 mins out in the waiting bay to get my food. Chips were cold as! Definitely not good customer service! Or food! The picture is how my food looked when I got it
Decided to give this place a second chance as I love HJ’s but for some reason the HJ’s in Mackay are pure hot garbage.nThis HJ’s is rank and unsanitary. The food is lukewarm and they skimp on ingredients like lettuce and vegetables are some rare and expensive commodity.
To be honest, ive had some not so good experiences with this location. staff have been rude, and not very accommodating.nBut tonight, October 31st, was an awesome night! Big shout out to Michelle at the speaker box and window. she was absolutely lovely; easy to understand, patient, polite and overall extremely friendly! absolute rockstar!!nanother shout out to the kitchen staff for accommodating my changes to my meal! much appreciated . overall, a really good experience tonight!!
This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! 3 times in a row now I have ordered a SSM short for Super Stunner Meal and have not been given the drumstick that comes with it. How in the hell am I supposed to eat my meal without a little ice cream at the end?? I am truly sick of not getting my full meal and next time I will personally come in and ask for a REFUND!!
