The nacho meal is overpriced. Table was not clean despite the store being empty. Parking was good.
Took 29 minutes to be served with only five customers ahead of me. During prep, a staff member walked off finished their shift halfway through making the order and didn’t communicate anything to the rest of the team, so I ended up having to explain to the next staff member where my order was up to.nnStock levels were also an issue: limited cookies and they’d run out of multiple salads and meats, which made ordering frustrating and slow.nnThe dining area didn’t help either. Every table was dirty and basic restocking like napkins and cutlery clearly hadn’t been kept up with.nnOverall, this Subway felt understaffed and it showed in the long wait time, lack of supplies and the general atmosphere. The two staff on looked unhappy and were not friendly, which made the experience even worse.nnPS, I thought glove changing between serving the till and handling food was compulsory…nnBenalla Subway, do better.
If I could put zero stars I would.nNot sure if the team members understood English.nHad to correct them numerous times when ordering my food.nOrdered a simple ceasar wrap, just with what comes with it. They started putting other salads onto it such as jalapenos. Another team member had to correct the order. And it was still wrong. Ended up some how with a wrap with 3 eggs, full off tuna and no sauce.nStaff members need to be retrained.
We were served by the sweetest girl, Leila! She was super kind, fast, made great food and was extremely patient while I was being a pain and changing my mind on what I was getting. She even took the time to compliment my piercings. 10/10 experience thanks to this lovely gem :
Always very clean and very professional service. They have some new staff and they are doing a great job already.
