Good guys LeJoy and Binil from Benalla Subway. I’d suggest them to try speaking in a more conversational manner as its customer care although I do understand subway employees need to speak a lot with customers as opposed to other fast food chains. I had to literally dig a conversation out of them to solve the app issue.nnAlso please make the managers from the company update store time and also figure out how to integrate the app offers to be applied to the cart items while ordering online so I dont have to actually come there amd scam the offer code to get the offer. Average Atmosphere It is a subway, after all. The Cookies and The Subs are getting progressively worst over or undercooked, with cold food, messy preparation and sub-par presentation.nThe staff is usually nice enough to replace any food if there is an issue, which is a star, but they seem to be pre-occupied on doing their own thing and not focusing on the customer, or forgetting proper greetings, or anything like that.nIt used to be a really good location.nOverall, this will be your typical fast food location, there isn't much of another choice for subs in the area however.
Waited at least 15 minutes to be served when there were only 4 people in the store with the 4th person with me, when it finally came our turn the Indian block said “what do you want” no hello how can I help you today, he squashed the bread, after I ordered a 6 inch sub and only received a 4 inch sub, my partner didn’t get a choice in bread he got the other 3/4 off the sub I got. The subs was not well presented and tasted horrible, he wrapped the subs so tight in the paper that they looked nothing like a subs, and later found a hair in the subs. Do not recommended eating there! But the boy that has just gotten off his break was kind enough to say have a great day as we were leaving! At least where we are from the people in subway care about the presentation of the subs and are friendly when coming into the store and ordering.
The worst subway eve now. The quality is degraded to the last. It has become now the worst subway in the country literally. You wait for 15 mins then you get a cold food because 2 people dont know that they have to serve the customer whos food is out of the oven. The worst
Had great service provided by Virginia on Wednesday.. She made up 3 big platters of subs for a business event while under staffed in the store. The subs were very fresh and great testing and nicely presented. Great service at Subway Benalla.
