Stopped on our way back from Geelong. Staff was nice. Plenty of seating space. Parking is OK. It can get busy during peak hours. Their is a child play area. Ampol Petrol pump is near by so if you are travelling, can pit stop at Benalla, fuel up and have a quick meal.
Went through the drive through for convenience after a 6 hour long drive. And made a very simple order when the manager with a moustache became extremely rude and angry because he couldn’t hear me on the speaker. I have never been spoken too like that before as a customer it was disrespectful and disgusting behaviour. This manager should not be in customer service full stop. I will never return to this store ever again.
EPIC! Drive through order was made more slowly than usual but who cares! It was late at night and everything was SUPER fresh and a good amount of sauce. When it’s late and not busy this is how it should be. Not sitting the trays for hours on end drying out!
This McDonald’s is quite average, nothing too special about anything. However, the fries were exceptional. Restaurant itself was what you can expect of an average Macca’s, noisy and crowded, but service was decent and fast.
The worst McDonald's visit of my life. After waiting instore for 12 minutes and watching many other orders placed after ours which was only for 2 wraps and 1 fries I approached the counter to check on my order.nThey'd missed/forgotten it, it had been cleared from the screen. No apology, just 'we will make it now'.nAt the 19 minutes it was brought over. I asked the young man if we could have a coffee or something to apologise for the almost 20 minute wait.nHe sent the shift manager, Alice, over. She stood over the table and glared. Not a word was said. No apology, nothing. So I said hi, we're after a coffee or drink please, given that we've waited 20 minutes, and had I not approached the counter, We'd never have received our food. Alice said no, we cooked it fresh, be happy with that. I replied fresh food is expected, as is fast...at a fast food restaurant. She said no, and again that we should be happy it was fresh. I then said please, coffees cost you all of $1 to make. She practically spat the words at ne that coffees are $5 something and stormed off!!!nOn top of this, there was rubbish on practically every table. This store is an absolute disgrace, and Alice needs some serious training, and a warning.nI filled in a feedback survey on a qr code on my receipt and asked to be contacted. I haven't heard anything 10 days later.
