Floor and bathrooms were disgusting, they are a food service and as such need to focus on keeping the facility clean. Food seemed fine and served quickly

Quality good but slow over the counter service

Our food was fine but we had to spend a bit to order and get the food. Other people were waiting for food too. The counter was unatended at first. The young boy serving us was very busy doing multiple things at the same time. The drive through was very busy too and seemed to have priority over people walking in. 
One of the staff member walked in and out of the counter with messy hair and singlets, no uniform. Not sure what the rules are, but it seemed very unusual to me.
The store needs more staff and attention.

Bad customer service, not organised, my boyfriend and I ordered the same thing yet my burger had no cheese and his did (which it was not meant to)
