The chicken piece is so tiny... The potato mash with gravy somehow taste strange and sour as if staled long over due.
I was wondering why staffs are very reluctant and disrespectful in attending , it was around 8.55 pm on 8.03.2025 in a way that the staff was not attending me and I asked twice is there anyone to take my order but no respectful response . the person who is washing the dish has to come and serve me rather two staffs in the counter. Indirect message to me that never visit here next time . anyway after sometime the staff kept the order on table as if she is donating the food to someone , even If I am donating I won’t be doing that in a disrespectful way KFC Managment please train Your staff to respect the customers. You own your attitude but you lost your customer
Terrible customer service. People serving got my order wrong then had the audacity to charge me extra to rectify with a bad attitude. Disgraceful behavior. Then to find my food was only luke warm and the chips so salty they were inedible
Standard KFC. Occasionally the food isn't fresh and the chips are sad and dry but when it is fresh, it's fantastic. The original chicken pieces are VERY small but not sure if this is a restaurant specific issue or the franchise/supplier.
First & last time ever. New to area. Stale Bread roll, Coleslaw one taste & spat it out very sour & yuck taste , Chicken dry inside very oily outer. Loved Potato & Gravy & soft drink. We were Very Disappointed & would never Recommend this Store to any one. Young Girl who served us was not interested & had to repeat the order 3 times. Use to love coming for a sit down with the Grandchildren. Sorry KFC you have lost our Custom. Can't even contact you even though you have answered
