Went for lunch waited 30 minutes and the lady behind us waited 45, drive thru was obviously the priority and they didn’t wait for longer than 2 minutes.nThe restaurant was disgusting and the floor a days worth of food and drink on it.nFinally got the food and the order was incorrect and cold.nThe poor kid on the front counter was left to fully take care of front counter alone and the manger just stood there taking lanes the whole time.nThe manager was complained to by not only myself but the lady who had waited 15 minutes more than us. At this point the manager was re stocking a fridge sitting on the floor, while the front counter boy struggled handling everything - no help at all for him and didn’t stand or give any eye contact nor response to the complaints.
Absolutely fantastic experience at KFC Benalla! The restaurant was spotless, and the food was fresh and delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Brody, who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about his customers and staff. Thanks to Brody and the team for making our meal so enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! Five stars!
Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Just make sure you visit between 10-11am, or prepare to be disappointed and filled with regret.
Pretty good food. Service is OK they are definitely trying. Place in general is not bad but a bit dirty inside maybe cause there's always people in and out. But good fried chook:
How is Saucy tomato is for 1.2 for 2 ???, thats not acceptable, ir they should mention it
