True Delivery time 5 months- Subaru Forester 2022. During this time, he was in touch for visiting the new models and helped us to get the same car earlier if I wasn't so detailed oriented :D ; Final Decision, we waited for what we had ordered and it's well worth it! Just picked up my new BRZ! Everyone was so helpful and accomodating. Emma my sales rep was friendly and approachable without being pushy. She was knowledgable and answered my questions confidently. Mohit and Monique were equally helpful with information about finance options and after sales extras. Paul and Zeke were also very friendly and helpful during handover of my new car, answring my questions and showing me the features so I could drive away confidently. Delivery 4months, especially compared to other companoes were super quick and I was kept informed at each of the stages. As a team they seemed genuinely happy to share the experience.
From start to finish the staff, we're friendly, informative and made realistic promises. They kept our budget in mind and never pushed for us to spend more. They included everyone and made purchasing our car a memorable and enjoyable experience, they even help keep our 2yr entertained.
I had a great experience at Subaru Osborne Park this week. I found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. Having just moved from South Africa to Perth I found the process stress free and extremely pleasant. Emma, our sales consultant was very thorough and knowledgeable and Mo the business manager who welcomed us and walked us through the entire finance process. It could not have been more seamless, thank you so much guys. I highly recommend this dealership and happily give them a 5 star rating for their outstanding service.
Great customer service here. Had to take one star off as I couldn't get the trade in price I wanted however I still bought a used GLA Mercedes from Emma who was extremely helpful and understanding through the whole process. Really made buying a used car easy and hassle free
I had a wonderful experience with Bruno and Mo. They were both outstanding in their roles. Both were polite, friendly, respectful, courteous, professional and patient. They communicated effectively and timely. I felt confident knowing how to work all the dials etc after Bruno had explained them. I really appreciated all that Mo offered, particularly the insurance and the Schmick! I would definitely advise anyone to buy their next car with them and I will definitely make the journey to have my car serviced there. I can’t thank them enough. They made it so easy and stress free for me. Absolutely 10/10
Everyone I dealt with at Subaru Osbourne Park - from reception through to the dealership manager - were so warm and friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, my salesperson Emma was amazing. Not only was she personable and professional, but she was so helpful and responsive to my many many! questions at every stage of the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and the team at Subaru Osbourne Park to anyone in the future, and can't thank them enough for making this such a stress free process.
