We have been using Paceway Mitsubishi/ Holden Osborne Park for a number of years for multiple vehicles. Had a few issues in the past but this last one was just too much and is worth spending a few minutes writing a review. Our Astra has been booked and towed to them due to a breakdown. We were told this is a warranty issue and will be sorted out. After two weeks and multiple calls with no progress updates and empty promises I walked into the dealership to find our vehicle sitting out on the open, in the rain, with doors half open, wrapped in plastic??? I asked a staff member about the progress on the vehicle and was told it’s being looked into as we speak! After showing a photo from the yard they didn’t have much to say. I was told they are waiting for the Holden to approve the repair which was not true - I called Holden in front of them and was told they didn’t even have the vehicle in the system. Awkward silence again… As I was told they have no eta on fixing the problem, I requested a courtesy vehicle of any kind as we have been paying for a loan car for weeks due to this. Was told NO without any hesitation. I would be looking elsewhere if you’re after a long term relationship and quality service for your vehicle. What a shame.
Great place to buy good quality cars. There's a guy there called Fab and I guarantee he will made a wonderful effort to match you up with a fabulous north holden car. If you are looking for fast and good looking cars, north city holden have some of the best collection of camero cars. All of the cars are unique in there own way and you can make them special if you come down today and have a looksy around.
Don’t buy your car here I bought my self a Ford FG Falcon for 26K on their finance and was told it was checked with their 100 point check and an AHG 3 year warranty I called them back a day later as the cabin air blower was not working. So I took it back and had to leave it there all day with no courtesy car. I get a call telling me they replaced the part and when I collect the car there solder drips all over my carpet where they have clearly not replaced the blower but soldered the part that burnt out. Within a month I have loud knocking noise coming from the rear of the car and called and booked it in again no courtesy car for the 2 days they had it I get a call telling me it’s going to cost me 5k as the rear frame has snapped. I was out raged and asked for proof they would not show me as they were on staff members personal phone. I get the car back to have the gear box and diff started leaking due to them taking in and out the drive line and reported and they told me to come in for my service and they will "look at it" At this point in so upset with North City Holden, I take it to be fixed elsewhere to fix the leaks and iv had it under 6 months : to find they didn’t replace my frame but welded the frame. Where it already started splitting again from the bad welding. I can’t believe they would sell me a car with such safety issue .Then to have them to do a quick fix and give it back to me.
Started off well but as the claims for the BMW X3 I bought from them started to mount it told me 2 things.1. the car never got fully inspected on the way out and 2 their after sales service gets worse the higher the bill is. Get independent inspections done because their level of care once you have the car dwindles significantly. 6 weeks of running around getting the car issues photographed estimates completed and they are now avoiding contact Lodge a claim with Dept of Commerce WA
I have just purchased my 16th vehicle off Shane Roze. This time a Trax for my daughter which she loves by the way. Once again Shane has gone above and beyond, not only with price but with service and knowledge. So good in fact, my friend purchased an Arcadia from Shane last week and received the same as ive come to expect from Perths best Salesperson.

Took delivery of a used car last week and couldn't be happier. Competitive price on vehicle and finance. We went to multiple car dealerships and the staff especially Fab was by far the nicest at North City Holden. When we went back to buy the car we had looked at, there was a issue. Two salesmen had managed to sell the same car to two us and another person. But Fab managed to find us a new car that we are super happy about. We even got loads to travelling tips from all the employees we spoke to. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Who know that buying a car wold be so much fun
We bought a car through NC Holden, dealing much exclusively with Fab. He it's very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help and explain all the car features. One week after having the car we discovered small paint damage in the edge of the driver door which they fixed without question. Also poor radio reception we experienced in the car when up near Joondalup turned out to be a missing aerial, which again, they just fitted for us without question. So far, pretty happy with the experience
