I had a great experience at Scarboro Toyota. Was dealing with Jake, as I was scouring dealerships for a late model used Camry but couldn't find anything that was better value than new. I wasn't keen on the wait time for a new vehicle and Jake contacted me about an ex demo model. Went in that same day and signed the paperwork. I've had poor experiences at dealerships before, but Jake was great - understanding of my needs, not pushy, and always contactable throughout the buying process giving me updates. Car was ready sooner than anticipated which was a plus. The car is amazing, better than I could have hoped for. The buying experience was excellent - on day of pick up, Albert took me through all of the car features and ensured I understood everything on the vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to go down and speak with Jake or one of the team.
Absolutely wonderful people . The sales manager dealt with us personally and then had a really nice young chap, named Michael Clarke, give us a test drive in the Corolla Cross hybrid SUV we ended up placing an order for. The white body with black trim looks just amazing.
I had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Jake. After researching and looking for multiple vehicles online privately, it was very evident that I needed to buy a secondhand car from a dealership, just to ensure there was some warranty. Jake, what is more than happy to answer all my questions and also guide me in the right direction. Wonderful service and parts department. Rodney is efficient and ensured the right fluid was available for my vehicle on Christmas eve. I personally don't live close to this Toyota dealership but I'm willing to travel for excellent service and reliability. My Toyota is over 32 years old and still going strong. Love my reliable old Toyota and love Toyota Scarborough. Highly recommend this place for great vehicle support, parts and efficient service. Thank you!
Michael Clarke and the team at Scarboro Toyota were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Easy to forget worldwide production issues and demand for these cars but Michael did all he could to keep us updated and was well worth the wait. An absolute nightmare to deal with dealership. Would give them no stars if I could. Car was delivered on 31/03/2023, the initial used car sales person David Bleakley was not there for delivery. I mentioned to sales person Izaac who handled my paperwork, the car was not ready/ roadworthy at the time of delivery. After a phone call with David I was assured all the issues would be resolved. It took two weeks of constant texts, calls and emails and I finally got a text message from David stating all issues would be resolved and I would be contacted by the following Monday. Issues listed below with photos: 1. Service light was on at delivery 2. Low tyre pressure warning - all 4 tyres under 20 psi on delivery 3. Rear tail light cracked and not working properly. 4. Inside of the car absolutely filthy and covered in dirt, sand and spillage. I was told I would be reimbursed for the detailing which I had sort out myself and have heard nothing back. I am still currently chasing up the car detailing invoice to be paid. Tail light has only just been resolved and I’m having to take it back to the dealership for the 2nd time as the 1st taking it back was an absolute waste of time with no parts being ordered or ready. This car was purchased for my partner and 3 month old, delivery in this state is utterly appalling.
