We purchased a Lexus Lx570 from Lexus of Perth 5 years ago. The management and staff have always been helpful and supportive and we have enjoyed the "Lexus experience" We recently had a traumatic experience with Toyota finance they get 0 stars and Michael, the Perth business Manager went out of his way to help and support us. A good business is made up of good people. well done Lexus of Perth.
The service at Lexus Perth is always exceptional. A particular shout out to Richard Pyke, a truly standout and exceptional team member who goes above and beyond. I have had many Lexus’ over the years and always had the same high level of service on any visit.
I've used these guys for my car servicing and also as a supplier for my business. When it comes to customer service, there is a reason why they are considered a premium luxury brand! The staff and service, from phone to parts department to service staff are amazing! For my car repairs, I expected them to be expensive, however to my surprise they were very very reasonable and I was very impressed.
Booked by phone call for a four wheel alignment for a Lexus rx350. The price is $159 which is slightly high but still reasonable compared to other quotes. My issue is the steering wheel was slightly off the centre so I needed to adjust the steering wheel constantly when driving. Before I went to Lexus Perth I went to an independent mechanic and I was told the wheel alignment might not fix the issue and the issue might be caused by some other parts such as lower arm or rack and pinion etc. But Lexus Perth fixed the issue after the alignment, and told me the issue was caused by a miss of wheel alignment after the replacement of the pair of front tyres. So I think Lexus know more about their cars. Some general mechanics might not be able to do some specific services for the car properly. So if your Lexus has some issues that an average mechanic does not have the confidence to fix it, you might check with Lexus Perth.
Cannot speak highly of the service I got 8 months after the purchase of my car by one of the brilliant service advisors Jack Woodcock . I was quite apprehensive after I had an accident and thought my entertainment unit is not working . I called up and I was told by jack to come immediately he explained where I had gone wrong and went through everything all Over with me … and the manners and hospitality shown by this man has increased my trust with Lexus forever …
Good service great cars from an iconic brand in Toyota Lexus for those of us that can remember that far back. I have 5 of these products and they have never let me down. Oh what a love affair. But I will keep my iconic 1993 TRD 2JZ Toyota Lexus for now. See my photo of the current offering.
We have had a Lexus prior to our current vehicle and now our son has just purchased a second hand car. This dealership has not changed in the time we first walked in to purchase our new Lexus until now. So professional, accommodating and friendly. The offices are just as lovely as the vehicles. These cars sell themselves just so beautifully presented and put together and the backing of a great mechanical workshop. Seriously you will not be disappointed.
What an amazing place. Looks shmicko and the staff and very helpful, always making sure you are being looked after with out any form of sales pressure. Can always clean and tidy after any work, no matter how small the job is.
Fantastic service from all staff at Lexus of Perth. Singling out Soffian who was excellent from the first moment we met. Very warm and welcoming, accommodated my wife and 1 year old. Honest with his recommendations, our purchase was on point for our family needs. The small gestures and inclusions was a great touch. I will be returning
