I am really upset with their sales department. I paid $ 1000 and signed a sales contract. However, due sudden changed in our financial situation , I changed my mind. I sent an email to inform it and request to refund of it. They have not responded yet. I made visit and talked to Sales Manager. She promised to respond my email but so far no action being taken. I called today morning , she promised me again. I am still waiting. They all were really nice at time of sale. However, they are totally different now. They don't respect at all. It is very surprised to notice the way big European Brand does business. People by cars not for ever. We always like to go back the dealers who we had pleasant experience before.
I never do reviews but I just have to. I just went in to the service department with trepidation. After 2 years of disinterest in my warranty issue still unresolved I wanted some help with a known fault lots on google regarding lost driver assist features. No interest. No idea what I was talking about. Earliest is 2 weeks to look at. Yes , car is still under warranty. I like the car but will never buy another one based on my service experience at this place over last 2 and half years
Professional THIEVES. Took my car there for a repair and they intentionally messed up with the transmission. So had to go back for the transmission repair again within a month which I was charged for. Turns out during the transmission repair they swapped my battery with an old one which is about to be flat anytime. No fear of anyone. They just mess up with the car whatever way they like. Never ever going back here and suggest to anyone looking for a repair to not to go to this place. They are just going to rip you off.
I visited here a month ago, and will never go back. When you think of an European car brand, you expect a certain level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately neither were present. The assistant who helped us didn't seem to know very much about the car in question, and after sharing my email to get more information and next steps, never contacted me.
Service department has had my car for four months. I have been given no paperwork. I have been told conflicting stories regarding what the issue is and why the car turns off while driving. Was told to collect my car and take it to another dealership because they don’t want to deal with me anymore. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Please DO NOT BUY A VW!
It’s been almost 3 months and have asked for contact 3 times. They don’t take any accountability. My car broke down the day after service. Turns out a faulty battery which was leaking acid hence the rotten egg smell. Got told my car could have blown as that’s how bad it was. I was stuck roadside in 37 degree heat. This was not told to me when I picked up my car nor did I get any calls or messages about the battery. They did jumpstart my car at pickup but got toId it’s good to go now. I paid over $1k for service and further $310 for battery next day. Still no apologies or contact from them. Will not go back and next car definitely not VW due to poor service. I’m still left pondering whether a proper service was done. On another note car was not washed or vacuumed either which was something they say they’ll do when servicing.
Serious lady called Georgia provides absolutely rock-solid service. No frills but completely dependable. The only one we've encountered at this dealer, unfortunately, but it was our good fortune to get her this time.

Everything you have read about VW Osborne park having the worst customer service in all their dealings is true and in no way an exaggeration. I’m actually astounded they are still in business. If I could give minus stars I would. If you read all the one star reviews you will get a very accurate picture of what I am dealing with currently so there’s no need to repeat it here other than sending out the message loud and clear. Avoid this dealership. Avoid second hand cars from this dealership even if under warranty. Just avoid them, they don’t deserve your business and you certainly deserve better. Good luck.
100kms/36hrs after servicing my amarok a check engine light appeared, called service and told next available appointment was in 18 days. Serviced 5000kms early due to planning on driving interstate over Christmas, cheers guys. Very helpful. Edit - this basic service cost me $1750 to fix. These clowns cleared my remap/tune when they serviced my ute. Do not take any vehicles here that have had any work done, they have no idea what they’re doing.
