I’ve just purchased my 2nd Qashqai with the dealership today. I can honestly say this is the best garage I’ve ever dealt with. I could have got one from my local Nissan garage but after such a positive experience the first time I got in contact with Phil again to purchase a new one. He was great, got back to me immediately with the details of the car I wanted at a very good price & offered a good price for mine to part ex. He made the transaction very easy and the overall customer service was  I will definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend them to anyone.  Thank you Phil & your team. I love my new car

Dealt with Smiths Nissan via Motorway, Once my car was sold it was a painless and extremely efficient process from start to finish. The dealer contacted me straight away and advised on what they required in order to facilitate the deal going through, nothing was a problem and they explained everything in detail. Arranged to collect the car on a set day only minor snag was there was no phone call to say someone was en-route to collect on the day but that's just nit picking I had two friendly gents check the car over, they then advised that  payment would be instant and once I got the wife to confirm the money was in our account they took it away. Really pleased and also got a good price compared to that other well known car buying website! Thank you Smiths Nissan Peterborough.

I was so concerned doing this transaction from a distance but should not have worried. I cannot recommend this company enough. Fantastic communication right the way with absolutely no pressure. The driver who collected my car was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. This garage is one of the few who I have ever come across that put the client first! Thank you!

Absolutely awesome Nissan car dealers! Friendly and caring towards customers in every way! We got a great Nissan Qashqai from them that was perfect for us! I have just had a new Qashqai Epower. The car is great but the service received was better. We ordered the car through Phil Rudd in the online team. We was fantastic, responding really quickly to any queries and got us a great price for the car. The car was able to be delivered to us and the whole process has been easy and stress free. He kept me fully up to date with any changes and it was by far the easiest experience we have had buying a car. Would definitely use them again to buy another Nissan.

Terrible service. Sold a car that had been in a crash and badly repaired and they were apparently completely unaware. Then accused us of causing the damage even when we had proof. Many many months without the car and still ongoing problems that they have refused to rectify. Messages left unanswered and rude customer service. Would never use. Not credible or trustworthy service.

Just thought I'd share our great experience with Angus Ray of Smiths Renault, Peterborough.  We ordered our Renault Zoe in early July, some hold ups with the manufacture of our ordered vehicle, so we managed to swap into the same model and colour with a pre-registered / stocked vehicle. We took receipt of the car today 29/11/2022.  The car was ready with the few extra's ordered, Angus went through all the functions of the car.  Angus has kept us up to date with the status of the delivery throughout the process and assisted with re-doing finance application to new car etc.  I would also recommend ordering your vehicle through  CARWOW, Smiths were the most competitively priced for this and another car we have ordered.

This is my second purchase from Smiths Nissan. I would like to say another great experience. As a female customer it is great to be addressed directly throughout the sale and not third party through my husband as i have previously experienced at other dealerships. It is refreshing to be considered as intelligent enough to understand the purchase process. The sales staff are so welcoming and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a Nissan motor.
