Had some issues with a 3 way fridge that was serviced there. The lady advise me to change the element, when that didn't work the technician explained how to test the 240 switch which was faulty, they were then kind enough to express post the item as we were leaving on holidays.

Called for a part on my C/Van fridge. (As other appliance parts suppliers don’t hold stock for Cvan fridges). Went into detail in laymans terms getting the correct description. When I went and picked up the part, The Manager was the one that showed me other tricks in the install. A great help and excellent customer service. Sadly enough… other suppliers won’t help out unless they get the job with their exorbitant fees.  Great Business sense Guys… I will definitely be back. Mick Sadly enough... Other suppliers

Professional prompt courteous service exceeding expectations above and beyond excellence of service! I cannot speak highly enough to recommend the team at Caravan and Refrigeration. Recently being a first time solo traveller with little experience and a fridge that died just before Xmas and the same time I was booked to go on the Spirit of Tasmania. With their knowledge and advice the team helped me on my way at a very busy time of year making what was a major interruption to my maiden voyage into a smooth sailing transition. I have dealt with Mike and the team at Caravan Refrigeration Services for many years now and they have always been extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. The work has always been first rate with repairs being done under warranty when possible and when I need to pay out of my pocket the price has been very reasonable. I have tried a couple of other services that are closer to home and others that have come out on site, but have then been stung by high fees and poor customer service. I drive 45 minutes each way to take my caravan to Mike and the team passing many similar businesses on the way to Clayton. This time is extremely well spent as I know that I am getting the best service and price possible. Cannot recommend highly enough!
