Had my car serviced here. No major complaints, but I wouldn't use them again. They seem to be the kind of place that finds everything they can fix (and make money on), not what NEEDS to be fixed. They're on the expensive side and while I'm sure the mechanics are skilled and the workshop looks neat and tidy, I think they need to work on their customer service side if they want to retain regular customers. At this price point, one would expect a bit more of a premium experience and to feel like the staff care about you and your car a little more.

Leigh & Ben are helpful and very accommodating. They did a great job with a new head gasket and timing belt replacement on my Outback. The car runs superb now. I highly recommend Subabits for any Subaru issues.

Had car window smashed in while parking the city. Called up Suba Bits first from all the wreckers and spoke to Neil, top bloke. Was provided with a price $110 straight out. Following that called 5-6 other wreckers and that price was by far the cheapest for the same item. Honest blokes working here and also the installation was done there, cant fault them and would recommend. Also first review on google I've done just to support their work and honesty. recommended to my Subaru mates already.

Just got my car back from them, major service and my experience was beyond excellent. All work undertaken was explained clearly, full clarity of what was done to my car and why and the guys were very patient with me asking a million questions. It came in under the expected price and the work couldn't be faulted. I will be using them for all further car work, recommending them to friends and advise you go to them too. You will be impressed.

So very happy with the good price for parts fitted efficiently on my old Subidoo. Excellent service with a smile- it made my whole week brighter! :)
