By far the most professional, helpful and friendly audio place I've ever been too. Can't recommend this place enough. They do great work and have great customer service. Have taken many cars there for all sorts of work and have always been 100% happy. If your looking for a good professional shop to install audio etc. this is where you should be going!

Purchased a replacement car stereo for christmas for my mum's japanese import vehicle, was quoted and paid for unit "complete" installation, including an additional charge just to connect the existing backing camera to the new stereo. I had informed them of the model of the car and was told that they do a lot of these from the same car yard we had been referred from.  

Mum just took the car in for the install and was charged another $120 for a plastic bracket !  Absolutely disgusting taking advantage of a 72 year old woman charging her an additional surprise fee !!  They knew this was a gift to my elderly mother, and had charged me already upfront for the installation costs with full knowledge and experience of the work and fittings that would have been involved.  Disgraceful !!

1 star because they get on to work straight away. but $900 later, still can’t get quality sound.

So, i pulled out my Pioneer Amp and JBL sub from my old car. had no problems with it whatsoever for 5 years plus. Went to these guys to get that installed in my new commodore. My mistake, before leaving i didn’t make sure that the SUB is still working, which was working anyway. they quoted $345 & told me that it will be ready in an hour. 3 hours later i get the call that my SUB is not working and i must have killed/fried it while pulling out of the car (really??!!)
anyways, i just wanted the SUB in my car somehow and i didn’t really care at the stage thinking these guys must be right and it could be my fault. he gave me another KICKER SUB, cheap quality for extra $60 and i said okay. got it installed, gave me one year warranty, happy days.
but not even 3 weeks and the SUB died. 
Went back in there and the owner says it’s my FAULT as i have been pumping it out too loud!!
HELLOOOOO that’s what SUBS are for!!!

Also, warranty doesn’t cover for this as the AMP is not under warranty anymore because it has been over 3 months!! OHH HELLOOOOO
THAT AMP IS MINE AND IT’s ONLY BEEN 3 weeks. 

he said the one i killed will be sent back to company and they will inspect it and then decide what to do & he can’t guarantee if they will give me the replacement or not. 
ANYWAYS, moving on, he suggested higher quality KICKER SUB again for extra $235 and said it CAN handle my Amp very well, gave some technical specifications like this is these many OHMS and this is that, something us common people don’t understand to make THEMSELVES sound like what they are doing.
So, i got that as well.

NOT EVEN 3 days, that SUB dies as well. went back in there and the owner goes that MY AMP IS FAULTY!!! my question, if you guys are professionals in the field, shouldn’t you have known this when installing??? i had the same Amp and SUB in my old car for 5 freakin years and nothing happened, nothing at all. suddenly my AMP KILLS 2 SUBS in one month and it’s faulty. like, shouldn’t they have checked how much voltage it’s emitting with all their GADGETS and stuff ????

ANYWAYS!!!! still moving on, he suggested going for new AMP, KICKER of course for another $245, labour $80 on top and few other charges here and there. i told him i can’t pay more than $300 and he agreed to take out the first SUB i killed for $80 and told me HE DOESN’t want to see me again. like i love seeing him 🙄

MOVING ON, we got everything installed, i just rushed out of there because i wasn’t happy. who would be when they have to pay 3 times the price  for a simple job of installation.!!!!
My car still sounded like some cheap tehcno club, where its all loud and stuff but not quality. like you know how you get that DEEP KICK out of music, that was missing. Friend of mine had a look at it and fixed it in 20 minutes. 
IT WAS A SIMPLE MATTER OF TUNING. 
they didn’t even tune my previous AMP nor the NEW ONE with my car’s stereo settings. just grabbed it and installed it. 

I GUESS at the end of the day, it is MY FAULT and not theirs because they were doing there job of making money just fine!!!u

Having just picked my new car, now fitted with new Focals and Sub, the sound is soooo good! The service from Complete was more than 'complete'; it was superb! They even let have a loan car so I didn't have to make their place untidy with me hanging around while they worked.
They finished as they predicted, the job went smoothly (because they know what they are about) and the sound is a vast improvement on factory supplied.
I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Options for any after market additions to your vehicle. Great job guys!
