Storm Cycles is a premium quality bike shop that caters to your every cycling need. Whether it be a road bike for yourself, a cruiser bike for a teenager, a mountain bike for Dad, or a time trial bike for your partner, we have you covered. We have a strong triathlon focus, with our owners and staff members constantly lining up at local and national events, both on and off road. Storm Cycles is also renowned for being a strong supporter of ladies' recreational cycling.

The team at Storm Cycles are fantastic. I've bought 2 bikes from the store and have my Vintage MTB serviced at the store regularly to keep the old girl running like new. Terry is a first rate bike mechanic who took great care of my bike. Genuinely passionate about his craft. Sheridan can always manage to track down the right parts and looks to provide fast turn around and outstanding value. Storm Cycles is well worth a look for a new bike or service from a great family business.

I found the purchase of my new e-bike very easy. I had an idea what I wanted but face to face advice is so important. I had all my questions answered, comparisons and even a test ride - that simple, I bought my bike. They even delivered it to me on their way home. What’s more, I love my bike!!! Over the past 12 months I've bought 4 different bikes from Storm Cycles - a cruiser bike, a road bike, a triathlon bike and a mountain bike. I keep going back to Storm Cycles because they give good advice and have helped me choose the right bike each time. Terry and Sheridan are very generous with their time and knowledge. They are definitely the best bike shop on the Gold Coast.
Highly recommended! We bought 2 e-bikes, Sheridan and Terry are friendly and knowledgeable, great service, spent the time we needed to understand the options, offered a range of bikes to test, and prices are competitive. Also offer full maintenance and repair service so we will be in good hands down the road. Great range of accessories too! We tried several bike stores on the Gold Coast but came back to Storm and glad we did. We love the bikes, a couple of people have already asked us in person and we sent them straight to Storm. Thanks guys, see you soon for the first service!
Had my bike serviced at Storm Cycles recently and they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They assessed my bike on the spot and gave a quote for repairs, so I knew exactly what to expect. My bike had a few parts to be replaced, and they managed to have everything finished much sooner than anticipated. The old bike now runs like a dream!
Well, where do I start. From the first moment my partner and I Walked in the door to the moment we both left with our brand new cruisers, what brilliant customer service and brilliant products. Firstly, to the man who assisted us with all our needs thank you. We rocked up because they had in stock his and hers cruiser bikes, firstly so hard to find such a great quality cruiser for such a great price, from the moment I test rode the bike to the end of the shop fronts looked awkward as I bet hahaha I knew that I wanted this bike. We bought two bikes, 2 baskets for our dogs that we got fitted and a bike lock and helmet. When we got home, my mate was there and couldn’t believe how good the bikes looked, he test rode mine and immediately got the same reaction I got, The most comfortable bike I have ever been on and rode. The service was brilliant, I highly recommend these bikes and bike shop. Thank you again

We have just purchased our second bike from Storm Cycles and could not be happier with our new bike. We wanted a lightweight frame for easy transport in rear of car This bike has not only a light frame but has a strong and large frame designed for comfort All together a great purchase with good advice from the owners Pauline and John
Got served by a lady who couldn't even put a smile on her face or be helpful. It's a NO from me just based on customer service!! In these times you would think being friendly and having some basic customer service skills to encourage customers to buy your stock would be just a given. Plenty of other bike shops with lovely people that are willing to help. Thanks but No thanks!!!
