Gave them a call, and within 5 rings they picked up, I paid over the phone and 5 mins later they rocked up and dropped off a board and paddle. Went out for 1hr 45m and then left the paddle and board on the beach and shot them a text saying I was done and they came and picked it up within 5 mins, and took off! Great attitude, great customer service, great speed, and great price! Will definitely go through them again when I want to go stand up paddle boarding again! Keep up the good work guys!

Adam and Melissa offer a sensational service on the Gold Coast. They came highly recommended, so I already had their number saved in my phone when we arrived from cold old Victoria. Adam was unfailingly friendly and professional both over the phone and really lovely in person, too. Payment is a simple over-the-phone affair. Their rates were by far the most reasonable on the coast. Adam and Melissa dropped two cruisers to our unit in Rainbow Bay for no extra charge, which we thought was above and beyond. Helmets, bike locks included in the price (front baskets optional...I loved mine; so handy for shopping, drink bottle, etc). The bikes were comfy and fully operational. During the initial 3 day hire we used the bikes every day, so we decided a further week was in order. We loved cycling up and down the coast as if we were teens again! A quick phone call sorted that, and Adam even knocked a bit off the weekly rate as we had hired the bikes for a few days already. Can't wait to use their services again next year! Adam and the crew are great. This was the second time I have used them for surfboard hire. They know there boards and the breaks. Highly recommend. I will be using again next trip. 🤘🏻

My partner, myself and two of our friends rented out some SUP boards and double kayaks, prices were very good and the equipment was perfect. Two hours with the SUP boards and then two hours with the double kayaks was probably enough time (maybe a little more for the SUP's, but that's probably because I loved them). After two hours we swapped over, communication was great and they were very friendly people. Thank you, we had a lovely day!

Friendly and helpful staff, with quality equipment that' has good cheap prices. overall loved the experience using there boards at Tallebudgera creek. Definitely recommend others hire their boards.
