Steven and the team are fantastic, we’ve been using them for over 10yrs now and they always give straight up answers and advice to any questions. They are excellent at what they do and I feel confident knowing Steve always has my best interests at heart. Highly recommended
Terrible service, expensive and very difficult to get in contact with. Have changed accountants, and now he will not answer any questions that my new accountant has, and refuses to give my tax and financial information or records to my new accountant. Refused to forward my company statements and this cost me $500 in late payment fees by ASIC. Completely unprofessional.
I’ve used Steven McDonald Financial Services since 2009. I have found him to be very knowledgeable regarding tax law and financial planning. If you want fluffy mamby pamby talk don’t use them, they say it how it is without the sugar coating. Admittedly I have found at times they can be slow to return calls which is frustrating but they do get the job done regardless. I like direct no frills straight up talk when it comes to my business affairs, they tell it how it is, no smoke and mirrors
Terrible. Takes ages to get money. I got a return then months later the ATO told me my return was incorrect & I got a huge bill. I asked for my breakdown to work out what had happened & they wouldn't send it to me. Won't answer calls or emails either.
Have been seeing him for over 8 years, Steve is always good at his job and I trust him to advise me on what i can and cant claim for my small business. Definitely reccomend him.
Took nearly 5 months to do my tax return despite telling me it would be 6 weeks. They then charged me for things they hadn't discussed and ignored emails and phone calls following it up. Will not be using again. Service is terrible.
Steves crew is outstanding! Nothing us too hard for this team; I appreciate everything they have done for myself and my business!!
Terrible service. Made a reservation 8 months prior and they had no booking on the day. Tax processing time was 8 weeks after they had it two weeks and then they lost my paperwork !!! Staff had attitude .. Steer clear .. Went elsewhere got tax return in a week !!
Keep getting calls from this company, i have never used them and never will, i do my own tax anyway, i answered once but they hung up straight away so just ignore the morons now.so save yourself time and stop ringing me or will file for harassment.
Steve is amazing. Always helpful, friendly and efficient. Kay on reception is great too!
