After years of financing vehicles with them and NEVER missing a payment, they told me they needed access to my business tax portal before authorising finance on a new vehicle which I was paying a 33% deposit on. I spoke to my Accountant who said she had never heard of anything so ridiculous so I told them no and they cracked the sh!ts and denied finance. We do all our banking with NAB of which they are a division so I will be reporting their behaviour to head office and moving my banking if I don't get any satisfaction. I ended up paying cash for the car, because I had it in the bank, and will arrange finance with someone else if I don't get a result.
Terrible!!!! I wanted to pay my loan out early and in one day they sent me 2 letters with different figures the second arriving after I had already paid out the amount from the first letter and when I questioned it they said oh sorry there is a scheduled payment due tonight so ignore both letters! So then when i tried to call at 4:35pm QLD time they were already closed because daylight savings means they aren't available for QLD customers after 4:30pm. NEVER EVER USE THEM! Terrible service!!
