This is the worst bank I ever had Very hard to operate the DEFT card system Dishonored fee charged to Trust account which should have been done in general account Relationship manager don't answer the phone when urgent things happened Not happy about all other services

Whats the point in having a My Lease function if you cant access your own statements? I have to request a document that takes 2 business days to come? yet all other finance companies ive been with i can see this on my own page, or look at my payment break downs via the page. Even calling to request it, it cant be given over the phone. Even though Esanda was poor, i still had the documents and info i requested ASAP. fix the My Lease page so you can access your OWN information regarding your OWN Lease. pretty poor if you ask me

Trying to deposit money at the Brisbane city branch is a joke. A lengthy and tedious transaction was taking place upon my arrival. The teller opened the door and asked another staff Member to attend to me, however he informed her he had tasks also. After a 3 minute wait the male staff member initiated a phone call. I then waited another 11 minutes without service. The staff member had finished his phone call without attending the counter. Absolute bullshit

Rates nothing special and completely disorganised customer service. Settled a loan before getting all the compliance data they needed, didn't hand over the money and started charging interest... Five phone calls later I gave up and had to ask my broker to go solve it for me.

Stay well clear of this company, they will rip you off, lie to you & their customer service is disgusting!! My only advice if you need a loan stay away from this mob!!
