We have been with Q4 Finanial since the business began and with Kelly for 17 years. We were informed today with a poorly written email that they no longer want our business as we do not utilise their other services! Clearly they are not interested in helping us as we don't spend enough money with them. We have been treated poorly for many years, shown no respect or treated like family as they advertise. We are more than happy to take our business elsewhere. Thanks Kelly The one star is for the push we needed to go elsewhere!!
Rod was very approachable and clearly explained everything step by step. He has certainly assisted in de-risking our investments and over exposure to certain stocks. Very happy with the advise provided.
