Starbucks St Lukes

Signature hot chocolate is one of my favourites in Starbucks. Ibe tried it many different stores but nothing hits like the way St Luke’s crew does it. I always prefer to go there because their drink are so is their customer service. Very friendly team and delicious drinks.

Always seem to have issues with this branch getting my orders right as its in a very busy area of the mall right next to the cinema. I don't order anything complex either. For some reason, they always put whipped cream in your drinks even when you ask them not too. Most recently asked for an iced green tea latte. The barista made me a green tea frappucino instead. Two completely different drinks.

Got my friends ordered wrong, asked them to remake it and they got it wrong again. Got and iced matcha with less ice, the whole cup was filled to the top with ice. Trying to get ur coffee fix at st Luke’s? Go sometime else

Very fast turn around of the orders compare to other Starbuck sites in Auckland. Handy location and a very popular spot. Not a lot of seating available. Avoid peak time as the queue for ordering can get very long and waiting area gets messy and very confusing.

Enjoyed our tea, hot chocolate and cold drink. Very clean with food well presented.Food: 5/5

The staff were far from friendly and helpful. I requested a non dairy milk in my cold brew, and they said no, we only serve full milk. Then they did do my request, and I told them it was really nice with the requested milk and just stared at me unimpressed.Food: 3/5

Nice Starbucks spot with limited seats and table but the coffees and beverages are so good... I went this morning for the first time and I ordered a caramel chocolate macchiato... it was great... similar to those Starbucks coffee we have in America... nice and fast service and ideal for a quick coffee and a quick bite... limited options but everything is fresh always...

Starbucks St Luke's: Muffin crumbled on plate when I cut into it. Little cup holding milk for tea was hopeless - never poured properly because there was no spout. Staff not overly friendly - went through the motions, but don't think they really wanted to be there.

This must be 3rd time that I ordered extra wipped cream but you guys never do it properly.

Friendly staff who remember what their regular customers like to order. Great range of hot and cold drinks, and a selection of sweet and savory items in the food cabinets. The best thing though is their "signature blend" coffee.
