Coffee tastes so good. Food was below average. I ordered Full Crave then Sausage tasted like murdered twice get dried. And bacon, I am fan of soft bacon it was half burned and dry. Besides these, all good, staffs are very friendly and kind! I would love to come back for coffee thou.
Food was delicious. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Smokey aioli was great. Despite forgetting our drinks, it was easily remedied by one of the hosts, who was really nice and dealt with the situation professionally and kindly. Unique decor. Just a heads up that it's kinda tricky finding a parking spot if you want to dine in.
My favorite coffee shop. Love the way they treated their customers. I have been coming here regularly since 2018. The tables next to the sliding doors are designed like small old styled sewing machines. Love their small corner with toys collection.
Crave is so much a favourite place of mine !!! I'm a toy collector and they have a vintage Toy shop with a fantastic range of gifts for any occasion. I decided food wise to go into the cabinet selection and sides. Heavenly!!! P. S coffee is exceptional. They have areas to have corporate business meetings. I myself have done deals over coffee and cake.
Not our best experience for brunch yesterday. Food looks nice but doesn’t taste nice. Coffee: was good Avocado toast: for some reason avocado was sweet and creamy and the toast was hard and too crispy to cut into. Prawn ravioli: tasted like seafood sauce with bland flavour. Only thing tasted delicious other than the coffee was the side of grilled halloumi Please do a taste run of your menu. Would definitely not go again.
Amazing decor and lovely staff. I have a massive sweet tooth and their French toast was the perfect thing for it. 100% will go back for more. Their smoothies are so good too!
Drove in and there was space to park in the street #winning. The service was fast and there was space to sit so I was grateful. Wife ordered the mushroom and I stapled the Eggs Benedict with an Oat Flat White. Pricing was pretty reasonable but the food... I can only comment on my order. It wasn't what I would classify as a successful re-working of the EB so I was a little disappointed. The sauce was not a hollandaise, eggs still had water in them so not poached properly and the additional splatterings of sauce on the plate did not add too much value to the taste. The salt and pepper shaker came in handy. So, the coffee was great, staff were fast and friendly, and the place looked good. Wife's comment was button mushrooms could've done with a mixing of shitake? or other rather than generic button variety. So will go back for coffee and cabinet but race to find the best EB just knocked off another competitor. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the front that allows for wheelchair access.
I had big hopes for this cafe, because they put the profits back into the local community but was left a little flat by the experience. The atmosphere is great, very lively and the design features alone will keep your interest. However, the food, although perfectly edible, was a little uninspiring. Presentation on the plate is a little dull, and the food could be easily achieved at home and probably tastier. It just wasn't special, and nothing that would seperate them from other eateries. On the plus side the staff were attentive, but not overly, efficient and friendly.
Love the place. Cozy & tasty. Even though it was pretty busy Sunday morning service was good. I enjoyed food and spotted couple of meals I'd love to try next time. The meal size is just right, enough but not too much. Will come back again.
Crave occupies a large square footage, and is decorated as if an industrial building and a hunting lodge had a baby. Lots of tables inside and out, and a very comforting vibe. However they are ridiculously overpriced. $21 for "French toast". It was one piece of TOASTED brioche and about 6 other elements. Why a tasteless meringue nest, a brandy snap, and a weird unflavoured gelatin cube need to be on French toast is beyond me. Had the dish tasted OK I could have overlooked the pointless frivolity on the plate. However a lightly toasted piece of bread covered in fruit sauce just doesn't cut it for me. The filter coffee I ordered tasted sour, as if had been sitting in a pot for some time. We were left to our own devices for quite awhile before I could flag someone to take our order, and the guy looked like he was physically pained to do so. Meanwhile servers are just chatting on the floor and looking at their phones. I will NOT be back.
