Can't Thank this pharmacy enough, after driving all the way from westmead in Sydney to be told the medication we needed by another chemist was unavailable and didn't want to help i was so stressed as my 3 year old son really needed it...I rang star pharmacy and they were amazing, went over and above with there service. While down in Adelaide I will definitely be using this pharmacy. Thankyou to all the staff.

I recently experienced my first time using this pharmacy and couldn’t fault it!  Minh and his staff were exceptional.  Very easy to communicate with, great explanation of my script and prompt service.  Minh definitely went above and beyond to assist me even when it was obvious the chemist was extremely busy. My GP prescribed me some antibiotics that was out of stock in almost all the Pharmacies in my area. I was being told to go back to my doctor and get an alternative prescribed. But Star Discount Chemist Pooraka was the only pharmacy in my area with the antibiotics in stock! So happy with their service.

Conveniently located chemist, friendly service, with many services including parcelpoint returns and document signing + witnessing by the pharmacist.

Staff are really friendly. Hollie is lovely, gave me good information about my script and happily answered the questions I had.

After turning up for a booked vaccination at another chemist I was told the pharmacist had gone home sick. I rang Star Discount and explained and asked if they could possibly fit me in as I’d taken time off work to get the shot. They told me to come straight down and got me in and out very quickly.  Very grateful.

With pharmacists under such pressure at the moment, Star Discount pharmacy Pooraka was able to fit us in for a vaccination booster to make life easier for us. They were so busy when we walked in but managed to support all customers in their shop. The staff were polite and really helpful. Great work by the team!

It is easy to tell that they are looking out for the best interests of customers.
