Yesterday I visited Priceline and Kajal helped me choose the perfect foundation for my skin tone, along with lipstick and other products. She was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything so well. I felt very comfortable and happy with her service. I’m really thankful to her and will definitely come back again for skincare advice. Highly recommend Kajal!”

The last 2 times I was there, I had help with the self health check machine. Tim helped me at the last visit and he was very helpful. I needed to speak to a pharmacist to get some advice on which cough mixture to get. Tim organised for a pharmacist to speak to me and gave me some advices. The pharmacist Jerry ?, not sure of his name was very helpful and he gave me some suggestions. Very helpful staff at this Priceline Pharmacy fr the cashier to the pharmacist.  Very happy with this place. It's a pity they are no longer in the Prolia Programme where one gets a bottle of free vit D if they are on Prolia inj. I have to now go to another Priceline Pharmacy.

I recently visited Priceline Pharmacy and had an amazing experience. One of the team members, Kajal, assisted me with finding the perfect shade match, which is usually very difficult for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and I was honestly blown away by how well she matched my shade.nnShe also took the time to help me with skincare recommendations, making the whole experience even better. Her customer service was exceptional.nnPlease pass on my sincere thanks to Kajal — she is a real asset to your team.**

Checkout assistant looks disinterested while scanning items through. Stands back and waits without letting customer know how much to pay. Had to look at the screen to know how much. Assistant expects everyone pays using card and will just tap away. This can be challenging when the customer is elderly and wants to pay using cash. Might as well use a robot to serve! At least the experience will be more pleasant. Staff don't want to be there, the assistant was unfriendly. BAD customer service!!!

1 person only working here with zero customer.  Very funny thing is the old man who work there telling me 20 min waiting for collecting just 1 medicine .nnLove chemist warehouse busy but quicker then priceline
