We bought prescribed medications at double the price we might need to have a membership to get a better price, and we only realised that after using an app to compare prices between pharmacies.nThat's why, although their customer service is good enough, we don't really want to be back. Thanks!

First and last time to this dodgy business. Either pay 15+% more than the correct price, or pay a subscription of AUD 60 to charge you the correct price of medication. I saw all sorts of lies and false promotions in this country, but this is a new low. Congrats!

I had a disappointing experience at National Pharmacies Norwood. I was left waiting at the counter for a while without being acknowledged, and I didn’t feel I was treated with the professionalism and respect that customers deserve. Two young staff members even laughed at me, which felt very disrespectful. I usually expect better service, especially from a pharmacy where trust and care are important. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to improve customer service.

Very grateful to have a 24/7 pharmacy that treats customers with respect. I was served by pharmacist Minny; she was so lovely, knowledgeable and efficient. I was more than happy to drive from the western suburbs to go here to collect medications after my telehealth call late this evening. The pharmacy was also clean and very well presented. I can’t say the same about most pharmacies these days, so this was a bonus. Would definitely visit again!

Needed some medications outside of normal hours 6am. Was greeted by a lovely security guard who informed me of the short wait as the pharmacist was helping another customer. A few minutes later, the pharmacist assisted me, had exactly what I needed and I was on my way. Definitely an awesome service to offer, need more 24hr pharmacies!
