Carl is the best, always helpful and honest, if he doesn’t know he’ll find someone who does! He is always friendly, respectful and considerate you can tell he has a kind heart. I always feel looked after at National Pharmacies Norwood, even if it’s busy.  Keep up the great work everyone  you guys deserve a Pizza Party

We bought prescribed medications at double the price we might need to have a membership to get a better price, and we only realised that after using an app to compare prices between pharmacies.nThat's why, although their customer service is good enough, we don't really want to be back. Thanks!

We were treated poorly at Norwood National Pharmacy by the salespeople, who provided substandard customer service, were unfriendly, and some were outright rude.nnAround 7pm, my mum and I visited this store and were shocked by the rude behavior of the salesperson. They were all standing together, ignoring us, we felt the need to interrupt their discussion for assistance. A saleswoman gave us an angry look and refused to help, even though I showed her the product on my phone. She insisted we needed a doctor’s prescription and refused service. We left and went to the pharmacy next door, where we were given professional customer service and able to buy the same product, along with other items.nnWe returned to National Pharmacy to show them the product we bought, which did not require a prescription. The same saleswoman then mocked my mum’s accent, laughing and claiming she couldn’t understand our language.nnMy mum has been a member of National Pharmacy for 25 years and has never experienced anything like this. This is the second time we've had an issue here at the Norwood National Pharmacy. The first was with a prescription where we were told to wait 40 minutes. After the wait, we were told there was another 30-minute delay while all staff continued chatting between each other, creating a long line. Finally, we took the prescription to another pharmacy and received the medicine without any wait.nnWe are very disappointed with the customer service at the National Pharmacy in Norwood.

Excellent service!! To be working on a public holiday + afterhours and still able to be patient and serve the patients/customers with a smile.  the pharmacy team even went out of the way to find me an esky for my meds.very grateful for the service, in stark contrast to chemist warehouse.

Always buy all my beauty products from this store and all ladies are so kind !Again this evening i purchased items over the phone and was served by Billie who was nothing but helpful and kind and i really appreciate the Norwood store who allow me to purchase over the phone and someone to collect .Nothing is too much for this store,Thank you !
