I’ve seen Alex for dry therapy and recently for my own children’s prescription. He was very patient with my children and made it fun and engaging while getting accurate results reflecting their true abilities. I’ve gone elsewhere previously and unfortunately received totally different results. I’ll only be seeing Alex from now on. Dry therapy has also been amazing. The place is very client-focused and thorough through their assessments and therapy. Highly recommended

We’ve tried to get a price match at this store twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, we waited so long that we eventually gave up. The second time, after waiting about 10 minutes, we were told there was no one available to process a price match.nnIf this store doesn’t offer price matching, it would be much better to tell customers upfront rather than making them wait and feel uncomfortable before turning them away.

I visited National Pharmacy Norwood and, on a basic level, the service got the job done. However, the interaction felt completely transactional and lacking any genuine interest in assisting. The staff member came across as obstructive rather than helpful—small requests seemed to be treated as inconveniences.nnWhat stood out most was how visibly tired and overworked the person appeared. I fully sympathise with demanding workloads, but when exhaustion bleeds into the customer experience to this degree, it creates an atmosphere that doesn’t feel respectful or supportive.

We had just arrived from the Uk and our son had a fall and split the skin near his eye. Long stories with the hospital and insurance, anyway we looked for the nearest 24 hr pharmacy and found this Pharmacy in Norwood. That is where we met the  Pharmacist Selena . She went above and beyond to help my 3y/o in his hour of need.  We will be forever grateful for Selena's kind, compassionate and professional care. We genuinely can’t thank her enough

Lovely helpful staff, fast processing of scripts on the app, was able to get a members discount on the cell based flu vaccine. The indoor air quality could be improved though. My Aranet C02 monitor took a reading of 1169 as I was coming out of the vaccination room. There were several symptomatic people waiting around and with such poor air quality, customers are at increased risk of also picking up a respiratory infection when they go get a flu shot or when picking up their medicines. Otherwise the pharmacy is very clean and tidy.
