Love Priceline Firle. My favourite place to shop. Great prices and range. Very Helpful Team and Compounding Pharmacy as well as a Traditional/Usual Chemist range.

OLD LADY WITH BLONDE HAIR - AVOID. Great place and almost all the staff is amazing but the old lady with blonde hair is horrible, she has a horrible attitude and I was waiting for over 10 minutes while she spoke to a friend (not a customer) complaining about wanting to go home, then when she finally served me there was a problem and she refused to help because she didn't want to do more than she has to and said "no I can't help you come back another day when it's a week day someone else can then" avoid her at all costs use a different staff members the shop itself is great but she is horrible it is not the first bad experience I have had with her service she is always rude and has a bad demenor it seems unless your her friend. Other staff have been so helpful and spent time helping to find the right product the other times I have been there I was shocked this lady hasn't been fired yet. Shop is great so is most staff just avoid the old lady with blonde hair request another staff members service. 5 star shop, 0 star service (from that lady). I will not return again and will use alternative pharmacies.

Many shelves in the shop, alot of varying product. But 3rd choice to go as they always push their priceline card at the register that puts me off shopping there for pharmacy needs. If I wanted the card I would ask for it.

I had such a lovely experience at Priceline firle this morning with each both ladies working making me feel comfortable and welcome. It's very refreshing when you have a 5 star customer service experience. Thank you!!!!
