Have been a customer here for a few years now and they are always lovely. If they aren’t to busy someone will always come and ask if they can help at all and point you towards where the item is that you are looking for. I’ve gone in a bit close to closing time a few times and they were happy to accept my script unless the workers whom make the pills have gone home early or something to which they apologise and offer to take the script and come by in the morning to pick up.

They have the best customer service here very friendly and efficient and cater to your needs

Sign still flashing open, door opened, so walked in about 5 minutes before closing time, knew what I wanted, to be told they are closed and to get out.

Rude customer service and very poorly attitude.

Not one to do reviews usually. Not a regular customer here, but got my prescription last Sunday and really impressed with the customer service I received.  Prompt, no hassles, friendly, made a fuss of my daughter and gave her a colouring in book which she didn't let go of for the rest of the afternoon. It's a pity I don't know the woman's name who served me, everything all around was fabulous and she needs to be commended. It made the shopping for the day with my little girl much smoother than it is at times. Huzzah!!

While they might not be able to compete on price on certain products there is no doubt that the staff care. They will get to know you. They will go out of their way to help you where they can. I would say that they are the best pharmacy in the area hands down for customer service. It's fair to say if you buy a lot of vitamins then shop around. But for real medical needs and such. The service here is worth while and dependable. They are my local chemist and I am glad for the level of service and care I don't find elsewhere.

Great friendly staff. Willing to assist. And they look after my elderly fathers needs very well. He enjoys his many visits.

I love going here. Especially when the dream team are on. Bec, Vanessa and Annette. Always excellent service. Always kind and helpful. My favorite chemist.
