Looking for a chemist in Northwood Townsville this is the place to go to. Great service great attitude. What more do you need in the shop with good customer service. So looking for a prescription to be filled or just a packet of jellybeans come right in the coal Centre in Northwood as Road Townsville cheers big ears

It's a rude pharmacy, where you get cheap products but are treated badly. If you can pay a bit more go to the Belgian Gardens one. Much better staff.

Filling my daughters prescription today under CTG closing the gap one of the prescriptions I knew is not covered by CTG. Waiting for 20mins finally get called only to ask me if I can afford to pay for the prescription as it costs money !!! As an aboriginal woman I mumbled stereotypical!! If I was white I would not of even been asked that question. I should of said on my Doctors wage I sure can.  Dr. Revell

I usually use the closest pharmacy when need scripts filled, however, none of them compare to Star Pharmacy for excellent customer service, timely prescription dispensing and extremely friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Moving forward Star Pharmacy will be my go to.

This chemist is friendly and staff are always helpful. I very rarely use any other chemist,. Service is A1 keep up the good work.

The two ladies who are the Pharmacists at the North Ward Star Discount Pharmacy are a pleasure to interact with not only are they a wealth of information but they are extremely pleasant to talk to I give these girls 10 out of 5 stars

Floor staff was extremely helpful, couldn't do more for you. Very disappointed in the totally disinterested attitude by young pharmacist on-duty barely in her early twenties, I guess who couldn't even be bothered to ask of the nature of the problem or suggest an alternative to a product the shop did not have. The worst experience from a pharmacist...A TERRIBLE REFLECTION on a Pharmacy where we have been often and always had terrific service and advice.
