2 Gold Stars for price/value? Unfortunately that's where the good feedback stops. Two months ago first filed and paid for a script, only had 1 single box remaining, not the 2 that are needed, so was told to return to collect it, half script filled that day.nnReceived call 5 business days later advising they got stock in and my second box is ready for me to collect. The doctor since took me off this medication so didn't rush to get it, so weeks went by without me collecting it. What was interesting to note was no one gave me a follow up call to remind me it was still there at their business.nnOne would think the amount of revenue they rake in they would have the courtesy to post it to out to you. Seeing as it was their problem there was no stock available on your first visit. If I was a little old lady who could not drive, this is just a disgrace.nnMy experience today triggered this review. Waited 25 minutes to be told a completely different medication is not in stock. The attitude from the workers on all store visits is questionable at best, I have a feeling there is some underlying toxicity within this workplace.nnPrice is typically better than other chemists, but at least they have your stuff in stock. Call ahead first to save the headaches and grief of setting foot in store.

Line up to get prescription filled. 10 minutesnThe wait to get it done. 30 minutes.nTo pay for it. 6 minutes.nHow can this be?nI seen a staff member male with long hair look at me, yawn and turn around to go a different direction. This is absolutely disgusting. Get more staff or train your staff.nPut a prescription in via your online services?nTakes 24 hours for that to be done because it has to go through a head office.nnYour whole company is disgraceful and unorganised. Pick up your act. Such a waste of time. I won’t be back.nnI seen a lady who wasn’t very well standing In line, waiting for a prescription to be done. She ended up leaving because it was just becoming too much of a wait. Better yourselves. It’s bad.

Brought two packs of oral b tooth bushes expecting 50% of the second brush in each  packet as it stipulated on the packaging. $7.99 each packet less 50%, is $4  per packet coming to a total of $8 for two packets. Went out to my car and was told by my wife of the mistake and went straightnback in. When challenged on my way of thinking they weren't interested as I didn't have a  receipt ,even though I went straight back to the same teller within a few  minutes of my purchase Moral of the story is always get a receipt.

I couldn't live without Chemist Warehouse and every time I come here it is pumping! The product range is fantastic and always has what I need. The staff are always so helpful and work so hard but the building is extremely old and they do need more space or a better store layout and a renovation. Adding some extra staff on the checkouts wouldn't hurt either but good job guys!

Excellent prices and great range of products.  Can get busy
