Hermit Park Shopping Centre Pharmacy

I live in Hermit Park and this Pharmacy is my local. I would come here every couple of weeks and the staff are always very helpful and friendly, so much so that I thought it was time to leave a review. Great prices and even better customer service for when you are not feeling 100%. Highly recommend!

Best pharmacy that I have been to in Townsville! I love that it is a local family owned/run business and I have only ever had positive experiences there. The staff are always willing to help, extremely friendly and knowledgable. The service is tip top. Thank you for keeping me healthy and on top of all my medication needs Hermit Park Pharmacy!

One of the attendants there was just extremely rude to me! I am elderly gentleman and it's fair enough that people have "bad days" but the owners just smiled to themselves and done nothing to bring this rude young girl into line. They have proved to be lacking empathy or manners over these last more than 3 years that i have provided custom to their establishment so i cannot see them changing any time soon. Disappointed but really not suprised. Take your business 50 metres down Charters Towers Road, towards the city, to the pharmacy attached to the GP Superclinic for much more civil and friendly service-they are relatively new and will actually appreciate your custom.
