5 STAR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE Anika and the team at Metro Pharmacy are amazing. Always happy to help and expert advice every time I have had a question. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my scripts or any pharmaceutical needs.
I’ve have been going here for over 2 years. Anika and the staff here are always happy to help with professional advice and service, my scripts also get delivered to my home for free. I certainly would not go anywhere else!
Went in at 5pm on Thursday to find them shut, despite saying open till 5:30.
Booked online for flu shot. About two hours later arrive at pharmacy to be told they don't have anyone there to give flu shots. Not only did they accept my online booking, they didn't bother emailing me to tell me they couldn't give me the flu shot but waited for me to arrive in person to do so. First and last time I use this debacle of a pharmacy.
Anika and the ladies at Amcal are by far the best in town. Would not go anywhere else!!
Very friendly staff and good customer service.
This chemist does not open at 9am Sunday as stated. I did a special trip into town in heat wave conditions Sunday 25th to get a script and the shop was not open 9am as stated.. .Editing hours on this site is too complicated, I am giving up my time to report this information. I dont want to learn a new system, then have to go to the review section because I cant make it work.
