My car is super shiny after going to Star Car Wash in Robina today. Very efficient service. They cut and polished out my finger nail scratch marks under each door handle and it looks fab. Very happy and highly recommend.Services:&nbsp;Car waxing

Firstly, was told that due to bugs on the car there would be an extra charge??? You’re a car washing service, what did you expect to find on the car??? Was then told I should have had the $150 wash as my car was black in colour??? When you have a black car it’s easy to see the quality of workmanship without looking too hard. Attention to detail was very poor, half of the wheels are still dirty, parts of the car were missed when washing, they don’t know how to use a chamois and the back of the seats haven’t been cleaned wiped over at all! Friends have used this  company in Coolangatta and the same experience, always looking for an up sell and the workmanship appears to be rushed and unacceptable. I wish I would have read other reviews before booking the car in, never again!Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

They were short staffed but the website still let me book in. I recommend phoning instead as they tried to tell me to come back for it in 5 hours. I was shocked and couldn’t wait that long. So they did a rush job for me which was kind. But it was obvious it was a rush job. When I got it home, I used 3 wet wipes cleaning off dirt that was still visible. In fairness it had been very dirty and neglected and probably needed hours of cleaning. If they are short staffed they should be able to block out internet bookings so they’re not swamped leading to lower quality work. The guys were very nice tho and it wasn’t their fault.Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

This is the one near David Jones.  Exterior cleaning result is satisfactory. However I’m disappointed with the interior cleaning result. I can still found small leaves, sands and dust inside cabin. I should insisted $70 Platinum Wash only if the result like this, but I was successfully persuaded to upgrade $115 Polish Wash. I needed to touch up by myself when back home.

Paid $130 for a detail. Not happy with the result, there was still mud inside the wheel arches and and the cabin still dusty on the dash and door sills, sand on the back seats etc. Really poor attention to detail. Seemed like a rushed job.

NEVER AGAIN.    My touch screen is broken now I cannot access anything by touching it.   A speaker in the door came off driving home.  Staff member was complaining the quote I was given was too low.  None of my business.   After complaining NOTHING was done about it they just said we have pictures of before.   Totally disgusted in the level of service and the way I was spoken too. First time using Star Car Wash and probably won't go back in hurry. I liked that they got me in straight away, but it was a mediocre job. Rims still had a tonne of brake dust on them. Door handles had dust underneath. Few spots still had dirt. Steering wheel and electronics console looked like it hadnt been wiped down. Only when I pointed it out on handover did they notice. To their credit they they did go back and fix it but for $125 I really didn't think it was worth it at all.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I have visited star car wash a few times next to woolies robina, never had any issues in the past, I always left happy with the job, service and price. This time I was asked to go to the david jones car wash. When I arrived to my car once the job was done I saw there was still some marks on my boot, one off the guys walked over and I showed him, he said bird poo had marked my paint and wouldn't come off , I pulled out a rag from my boot and rubed it off in front off him. He opend my car and had a look inside and walked away. When I got in my car and had a look there was still dirt on the door seals, dirt in my cup holders and door handles. Not a good job this time. I paid for the 'Platinum Wash' and there was actual dirt left on the car. I spoke with the unprofessional manager Aman, who said that for them to clean the marks on the exterior I have to pay for the detailing package, that they don't wipe the car down with the platinum wash... he got one of the boys to spot wipe the car where they had clearly missed sections.
