Had brand new LDV T60 washed, polished and other things. Paid $145 and on all the black trimmings there is white polish. This looks a mess! 😠Surely one does not put polish on black plastic trim!  Won't come back and buyer beware. A high school car wash would have done a better job .Had to reset the radio as it wasn't working.  Hire people who know what they are doing! Never again!!!!

Outside ok. Vac just basiclly done but not dusted.

Not good service ,  been there three times,still left stains after their job . even bumped my car last time , no damage  but still didn't feel good. only been there because AUDI offered  the one year free  car wash., Will check audi if I could go to other shop. 

had three coffee stains inside drivers door,  but  still there after super car wash  clean,  I would like to pay the service as long as you did your job.  by the way ,  the manager was onsite when your  staff bumped my car

Just had a $245 car wash and interior clean on a hilux ute.. pretty sad job no attention to detail at all.recieved txt car was ready got there 20 mins after that and still wasnt finished.. still needs cleaning inside.  Yuk...  Disappointing really being james frizzels thought more of them.??? Do anything once. And since when do u pay for a job before its done.???   Look foward to the call??              Received no call today to resolve anything?? Still waiting..   maybe channel 7 or one of them should be told  coz im sure making people pay full price for a job that hasnt been started or done first is illegal i thought..??? Mmm. Dodgey...

I have my 6 months old Audi A4 with full paint protection on it. After a super wash at 14:15 yesterday afternoon, I can see a scratch on the passenger side door. Ask the guy onside, he said they didn't scratch it. It was me scratch the car myself. And ask me don't come back if you don't happy with the service. 
Just can't believe the customer service how poor can it be. I came in few time in southport, this is the second time i found scratch after the super wash. 
Mermaid water shop service and hand wash a lot better, I washed my car three or four time a week. Honestly never find any scratch after wash.
