iWash Express Car Wash

Absolute shambles, was a loyal customer washing 2 cars per week but will never ever set foot in the place again after being abused by the attendant today. The equipment provided at the car wash does not clean alloy wheels properly, not even the $19 premium car wash, so every now and again you have to use something to clean them properly, this doesn't warrant abuse, how about you provide equipment that does a proper job!!! If your the owner you will go broke treating people like that, if your an employee you should be sacked immediately, I have found a few other reviews online complaining of a rude attendant so there is clearly a pattern of poor behaviour here that needs addressing.

Good well maintained facilities and latest automatic gear. Attended on duty during the day. Car washes open 24/7. Offers good value for money with the possibility of purchasing a monthly pass which gives you unlimited automatic car washes. This represents excellent value for money.

shocking.... I washed the back of my van which I had done gardening with... I had a rake and some reusable gardening bags that I put on the side however after I was done i forgot to put the back into the van and left for home after a quick shower I realised I forgot so I went back to pick up what I forgotten all within 1 hour, only to find out they where thrown into the big rubbish bin. seriously it's obvious it was forgot. before throwing it in the bin give it a day... the manager on duty seen me taken it out the bin. the least he could have done was come over and said sorry I didn't mean to chuck them in the bin.

Spent $19 at the automatic car wash today, my car came out looking almost the same as it went it. It was dirty enough to see when you had open and closed the door. No tar or actually mud, just a layer of settled dust. I have been to other automatic car washers that have done a way better job and have actually cleaned my car. First and very last time I will be going back. Very disappointing.

Been using this car cash site and the auto wash bay for years with no issues/problems ( under different names) used it today for a so called 'ultimate' wash for $19 car came out just as dirty looked like it was only just sprayed down with a hose what a waste of $19 will not be going back
