I've been here tons of times, but today, my roof rack got stuck and broke! They blamed me 'cause of a sign I missed about taking it off.nnSeriously, I've been going there for like six or seven years, and they never said anything about the roof rack before.nnIt's my bad for using their car wash.nnStay away from this place, especially if you have a roof rack.
Worst customer service... attend got aggressive when told him about poor quality of job done and he said it's quick car wash and to get satisfactory results...you should go to manual car wash where they charge you 70$ plus... very bad experience... don't waste your time and money please
This is an absolute waste of money . WORST CAR WASH since new management. Sent $20 for car washing service and it came out still dirty like haven't ever been to the car wash .We bring it to they attention and they refuse to help or fix they mistake. Would never go they again or return again . If I could give zero star I would .

We have been going to this car wash since they opened but sadly I have to say that it has all gone downhill. For the last 3 times we visited this car wash, the front and rear windscreen has not been washed properly. On the third visit, we brought this to the employee’s attention but unfortunately we got nothing but poor customer service and the employee wanting to upsell me so that she can clean the windscreen properly. When we refused, she asked me to clean the windscreen myself which defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash if I have to do it myself. The employee was very rude and disrespectful. We have since found more spots on our vehicle where it has not been cleaned properly. If this person worked for me, I would have fired them on the spot as they can’t take feedback and certainly lacking in customer service. We will definitely not be visiting this car wash any time soon.
