December 2017 - had my Merc washed and it was returned minus rubber floor mats.  Their cameras show no mats were removed - amazing, because the driver side mat covered a hole in the carpet....and they say they are not liable - if the floor mats show up I'll write an apology.

I dropped my car off after a trip to Cape York....so pretty dirty. They didn't quite get it totally clean but they still did a terrific job and I'll probably go back again. The only thing to watch out for is the waiting time. It didnt bother me since I had things to do at pacific fair (easy walking distance) but the car was there for 5hrs and I was told it would be 1.5 to 2hrs. So if I had been waiting it would have been bad. But they were super busy, it was a saturday and both queues were almost to the street. So the wait is probably reasonable but their estimate of the wait was way off. Overall recommended since the car washing is good, the complimentary coffee was good, the staff were friendly. I've added the before and after pics of the car since I was impressed how good it looked after the wash given how bad it was when I dropped it off.

Took over an hour for my car to be cleaned, but it was cleaned to perfection and well worth the wait. Especially when compared to other hand car washes.
