Used to use Spring Spa as it it is close to home and I enjoyed the facials and the friendly staff. Then about a year ago I had a really frustrating visit where my appointment had been overlooked. I lay waiting for the therapist to come and attend to me and it never happened. I was annoyed and left without having the facial. Recently, I was given a gift voucher so booked for another facial not quite knowing what the experience would be like. I am REALLY pleased to say that I had the most lovely experience. Punctual, and with the most professional of therapists ( a Japanese woman, Inui (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly). There is now a different selection of facials - I enjoyed the Codage - one hour of bliss. So good in fact that I have made another appointment. Hoping for another good experience.

Had a very disappointed time. The massage was not great, I ask to be harder the laid just didn't have the strength for it. I had pedicure done and asked if they had time to do manicure as well. .they said that didn't have available. However all the time I was there getting the pedicure done I was the only customer and left the spa and no one was there.
